How much does our services cost?
Our services are completely free to use! We provide resume reviews, workshops, and placement assistance at no cost to the Candidate.
What types of roles do we offer?
We tailor our job search to match the Candidate and their skillset. So each search may look completely different depending on the type of role the Candidate is looking for.
How long does the process usually take?
The amount of time it may take a Candidate to be hired will vary depending on factors such as skillset, role availability, coverage requirements, etc. While Pathfinder Project, LLC will work quickly and efficiently to place Candidates, we cannot guarantee a placement or placement within a certain time period.
Does Pathfinder Project, LLC offer any benefits?
No, Pathfinder Project, LLC does not provide any working benefits for Candidates such as insurance, PTO, perks, etc. We function as a bridge between the Candidate and their next career, the Company that hires the Candidate will be responsible for providing benefits if applicable to the role.
What industries does Pathfinder Project, LLC specialize in?
We specialize in placing high quality Candidates into technical roles to include software engineering, system engineering, system administration etc. While we do support most other skillsets, technical placement is the bulk of what we do.
How is Pathfinder Project, LLC different?
We set ourselves apart from the competition by focusing on Candidates coming off of a work hiatus and prepping them to get back into the workforce. We also only require half of the usual fee (paid by Companies) for Candidate placement.
